Deposit
A £50.00 deposit is required at the time of booking. This
must be received by us within 7 days of the reservation;
otherwise the caravan maybe re-let.
Balance
The balance is payable 8 weeks before the commencement of the
holiday.
Letting Arrangements
Arrival time 2.30pm can be negotiated. Keys will be available
on production of key release form.
Departure time no later than 10.00am. Keys must be handed
back on departure. Lost keys will be charged for at £20 per set.
Accommodation
The accommodation may only be used by the persons listed on
the form; this must be signed by the hirer, who will be
responsible for the entire party.
Being a family park, we accept bookings from family groups.
We cannot accept bookings from young singles or all male/female
parties.
For reasons of hygiene and the comfort of other guests, we do
not allow pets and would ask that you do not smoke in the
caravan.
The accommodation must be left clean and tidy. Any breakages
or damage to furniture, fittings, inventory or the accommodation
must be paid for by the hirer.
Should the accommodation booked become unavailable due to
circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be given.
Fun work passes
Fun work passes are not included in the caravan hire cost. If
required these can be purchased on arrival.
Behaviour
If, in the opinion of the park manager, if any party is
guilty of conduct prejudicial to the wellbeing of others,
the park manager may re-take possession of the accommodation
immediately, without compensation to the party.
Cancellation
If you have to cancel your holiday you must telephone us in
the first instance and notify us in writing within 3 days.

Liability
We do not accept liability for injury, loss or damage,
suffered by you or any member of your party.
Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance to
cover accidents, losses, cancellations etc. These policies are
available quite cheaply from most insurance brokers.
